Pranav Kothari, M.D.
Pranav Kothari has spent his career in clinical and service process design and business development in health care.
Dr. Kothari has been deeply involved in the design and reform of health care and health care systems.
He has worked with Harvard University for four years including serving as Senior Advisor to the Harvard Interfaculty Program
for Health Systems Improvement, responsible for a number of projects including the Harvard Forums on Health - a series of programs
held around the country highlighting innovative solutions to problems facing the health care system. Prior to that, Dr. Kothari
served as Medical Director at the Advisory Board Company, a think tank and consulting firm in Washington, DC that serves a
clientele of over 2000 U.S. and international hospitals. He managed initiatives on clinical innovation in several prominent
service lines including Cardiology and Oncology. He was involved in the launch of the e-hospital program, a frontier initiative
to develop the best consumer health and wellness tools coupled with the smartest implementation within a health system.
Dr. Kothari received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, his medical degree from the University of
Michigan, and his clinical training with Georgetown University.

Aseem Saklecha, M.D.
Dr. Aseem Saklecha received his MD degree from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine in 1996 after graduating
from their six year combined BS/MD program. He received his MBA from the University of Tennessee. He completed his emergency medicine
residency in Detroit, MI from William Beaumont Hospital in 1999. He is currently board certified in Emergency Medicine and practices
as a full time emergency room attending physician at Ingalls Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He is Medical Director at both the
Tinley Park and Calumet City Urgent Care Centers and is the Associate Director at the Emergency Dept of Ingalls. He has made partner
of Midwest Emergency Associates.

Matthew Landler, M.D.
Dr. Matt Landler received his MD degree from Northwestern University Medical School in 2000 after graduating from Northwestern University
with a Bachelor of Arts in 1996. He completed his internal medicine residency in Boston, MA at Boston University in 2003. He is currently board certified in Internal Medicine and
practices as a full time attending physician at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. He is focused on patient quality and safety initiatives in inpatient hospital settings.

Rama Madugula, DATASPACE, Inc.
Rama has held a variety of technical and management positions at DaimlerChrysler, Microstrategy and Digex.
He has experience in software development, electronic systems, supplier negotiations and new business development.
Rama holds several patents in both software algorithms and electronic systems. Rama has a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Computer Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from Oakland University. He is also a graduate
of the Advanced Negotiation Program at Stanford University and the Executive Development Program at
the Kellogg Graduate School of Business of Northwestern University.
